Terms & Conditions Governing the Access to & Use of this Website

Emirates Home Nursing is not to be used in an Emergency.
If you believe that you or the person you are assisting is in an urgent or emergency situation you should immediately dial 998. You should call 998 immediately in a critical or life-threatening situation, such as if someone has

- Severe bleeding and it can’t be stopped;
- Severe chest pain;
- A severe allergic reaction;
- Severe burns or scalds;
- Loss of consciousness;
- Major trauma such as the result of a serious road traffic accident, a stabbing, a shooting, a fall from height, or a serious head injury; or
- Acute confused states and fits which aren’t stopping,
Or if you believe someone is having a heart attack or a stroke.

The displayed price, and currency selected by you, will be the same price and currency charged to the card and printed on the transaction receipt.

Emirates Home Nursing accepts payment by visa or MasterCard debit or credit cards in AED for its services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of the respective merchant service providers. Please review the respective merchant service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction. These terms of use supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements regarding the subject matters discussed in these terms of use. A waiver or modification of these terms of use will only be effective if made in writing and signed by an authorized officer of Emirates Home Nursing. All refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.
Emirates Home Nursing will not trade with or provide any services to individuals and companies owned or controlled by or acting for or on behalf of, OFAC (The Office of Foreign Assets Control)- targeted countries and individuals, groups, and entities, such as terrorists and narcotics traffickers designated under the OFAC (The Office of Foreign Assets Control) programs that are not country-specific.
