Deborah came to our rescue and gracefully taught us the how to feed, pacify, bathe, hold and take care of the baby. She was patient with us and the baby and took us through the session at our pace. After just one session, we are now much more confident and prepared to handle our newborn and I could not be more grateful to her and to the company for such a priceless service.
