What can we help you with today?

Our office is open Monday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
We require a minimum of 4 hours' notice to book any service. However, if immediate service is required prior to the 4-hour notice, then an urgent booking fee will be applied to the request. Our team strives to deliver the services at the earliest possible time around the clock, but considering we are a healthcare provider, we always ensure to conduct an assessment via phone or a site visit, if requested.

We always ensure continuous training for our healthcare clinicians by adopting the best international practices. But we do understand that taking care of our patients at home is not always about skills but also about personality. Hence, we request the client to share their feedback with our customer care team, and our team ensures to provide alternative options to meet the expectation(s) of our clients.

Your feedback is very important to us. Hence, you can email us at info@emirateshomenursing.ae, wherein we ensure your concern will be escalated to the right department and the response will be communicated to you within 24 hours.
We do our best to keep our clients happy, so we understand if sometimes a client needs to cancel a pre-booked service. Hence, we have a cancellation policy in place, wherein, if both parties are fully compliant with the terms, we do refund the amount, and the refund process takes a maximum of 7 working days.
Whether you are paying internationally or locally, you can pay via the 3 options available, namely: 1) pay online via our payment link; 2) pay via bank transfer into our company account; 3) swipe your credit or debit card physically via our payment machine; and in case all the above payment modes fail for any reason, you have the fourth option to pay in cash for the services availed. The choice of payment method from the three options stated depends on your convenience.
Once the confirmation of the booking is emailed to the client, the client is required to pay the full amount in advance, either via the payment link or bank transfer. Booking is confirmed by our company upon receipt of full payment, and then the schedule of the caregiver is shared with the client.
All Emirates Home Nursing staff members are licensed by Dubai Health Authority, to ensure the provision of the highest levels of quality and care services at all times.
All our nurses and healthcare assistants have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and are licensed by the Dubai Health Authority. Each member of our staff holds basic life support and first aid certification and has a minimum of two years of experience across varied healthcare sectors. All our team of professionals is committed to the guidelines set by the World Health Organization and the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence.
We offer both short-term and long-term home-based services. While some of our patients only use our services from time to time, others have been coming to us for years. You will be assigned a case manager during your time with us who will stay in touch with you to evaluate your individual needs and condition.

Definitely. If requested, we do provide profiles of our available nurses to our clients, depending on the date and time the service is requested. Before finalizing the caregiver, the client can interview the shortlisted nurse(s) via Zoom, phone call, or in-person meeting. We also provide the flexibility to change the selected nurse in case the client's expectations are not met.
We undergo extensive screening when recruiting and getting our caregivers onboard. Additionally, we provide ongoing training to our nurses, who undergo extensive and periodic in-house training from our Director of Nursing, and monthly training from external consultants is conducted as well.
No, you are not required to provide food to our nurses, even if they are working long hours. However, according to UAE law, a minimum of a 15-minute tea break is required after a 6-hour shift.
Currently, we are in the process of onboarding insurance claims, and as soon as this process is available, it will be announced on our website. As of the moment, all our services are self-pay.
Ideally, yes, we do require an updated medical report no older than six months along with the recommendation from the treating physician in order to implement the proper care plan to ensure the goals are met along with the quality of care and compassion.
As per DHA protocols, unfortunately, we cannot accept an international prescription in order to stay compliant.

You should consider a few details, such as, how long the healthcare provider has been operating and providing home healthcare services, whether their staff is certified by healthcare authorities or not; whether they provide positive references from other clients, and whether they provide continuous education and training for its nurses.

Our minimum booking is four hours for people living in Dubai, six hours for Sharjah, and twelve hours for Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
